1. Salty Foods
Delicious yet dangerous, salty foods such as pickles, ham, and instant noodles are harmful to bone health. These items are loaded with sodium, which ultimately causes the body to lose calcium. Specifically, for every 1000mg of sodium consumed, the body excretes 26mg of calcium. This depletion can lead to osteoporosis. The World Health Organization advises limiting salt intake to no more than 5 grams daily.
2. Fatty Foods

3. Soft Drinks
